TSM South has professionally installed its very own Mobotix Cameras inside and outside its office building.
Each high resolution 6 megapixel camera provides accurate detail of people and vehicles coming and going. One single MOBOTIX camera records around 50 times more detail. As a result, larger image areas with up to 360° allround views are possible, thus reducing the number of cameras, and therefore the costs.
For example, every person entering or leaving the building through the main lobby entrance, and every vehicle’s license plate leaving the parking lot is recorded with one camera, the MOBOTIX D16 Dual Dome camera, instead of three conventional cameras.
Each MOBOTIX Video Surveillance Camera utilizes one or two lenses, creating various options. From 15° for long narrow passes, to 360° for allround capture.

Two lenses in one camera.
- One lens at 180° 6MP is aimed at the main building entrance while also scanning across the parking lot to the adjacent building’s entrance. One lens capturing two building entrances.
- One lens at 15° 6MP is aimed at the parking lot entrance with a long pass filter to read vehicle license plates.
